I’ve found that the major factor for me getting leaner is being able to control my diet. When you are away from your kitchen or home and you need a quick snack, it can be challenging to find the right type of snack or lunch that will allow you to consume the right type and portion of macros so that your body stays lean.
There are healthy options out there. However, the cheapest option will see you prepare your lunch in advance.
Since I tend to be on the move, I’d prefer to have a meal that I can eat quickly and easily. Ideally, it can be eaten with my fingers and it can be a meal that I can consume in 5 minutes or less.
Also, the ideas that I’m putting in here are only the ones that I know taste good. I love eating good food. So I encourage you to have meals that you will easily enjoy.

Here are some lunch ideas that I think you will find helpful.
Chicken drumstick with cucumber sticks
I usually season and cook the chicken as a roast. I can then eat this hot or cold. If I’m in a rush, I will just eat it cold. I can eat both the chicken drumstick and the cucumber sticks with my fingers.
Roast beef cuts with Edamame and cucumber
I love to season and roast beef in the oven. I make sure to cook it so it is soft. I can then cut the roast into finger-sized bites. I can serve this with Edamame and cucumber as a finger food dish. This is r
Chopped chicken breast with vegetables
You will probably need to have a fork to eat this with. You can season the chicken for taste and then cook it as a stir-fry with green vegetables. I’d recommend adding zucchini, broccoli, green beans or brussel sprouts to the mix.
Greek yogurt with berries
1 cup of Greek yogurt is another great option that will keep you going. Add in berries such as blueberries or strawberries to add some taste to the yoghurt.
Watermelon, rockmelon and berries fruit salad.
Eating the right type of fruits in a fruit salad will keep the calories down and will still allow you to feel full. Chop some watermelon and rockmelon (around 100g of each) and add it to a container. Add 50-100g of berries into the mix as well. You can eat this as finger food or with a fork.
Whiting fish with zucchini.
You can bake the whiting fish with spices in the oven and then serve it with cooked zucchini. You will need to eat this with a fork. However, you can consume it hot or coled.
