Milk is another item that can easily add extra calories to your diet. Many people are unaware of the sugar content that’s inside cow’s milk.
100mL of milk can add 40 calories to your meal. 5g of sugar (Approximately 20 calories) is also within that one serving.
It would be better to substitute it with coconut, almond or soy milk. Or if you can consume the item with water instead of milk, that will help to reduce the calorie intake.

Flour contains alot of calories (368 per 100 grams). And it is used in most processed foods. Cakes, doughnuts, breads, pizza bases, and more. Avoid consuming foods that have been processed with flour to cut down on your calorie intake.
