How to lose face fat.

When you start to lose fat from your body, one of the first places where you will notice the changes is in your face. The body surprisingly stores fats in different areas on your face, which makes your face appear rounder.

As you start to reduce your body fat percentage, your facial features will also start to become more prominent.

Typically, you will start to see changes in:

  • The roundness of your face
  • The shape of your jawline
  • The fat that is stored in and around your neck
  • The fat that is stored in your cheeks.

There are no secret formulas for losing the fat in your face. You only need to do a couple of things.

  1. Reduce your body fat percentage.
  2. Do cardiovascular training to force your body to burn body fat.

How quickly can you start to see a reduction in fat in your face?

If you are just starting to exercise, you will be able to see changes in as little as 2 weeks. However, a complete transformation may take up to 12 months.

However, if you are consistent with maintaining a calorie deficit and doing cardio, you will see changes if you take pictures on a monthly basis.

What are some things that you can do to start reducing the body fat in your face?

The first thing is nutrition.

Start by cutting out anything that has additional sugar in it. This is usually processed foods and drinks.

When consuming drinks, stick to water, black coffee without sugar, nut milks, and herbal teas. Do not add any sugar to them.

When consuming food, stick to green leafy vegetables, protein meats, and protein vegetables.

This will significantly reduce your calorie surplus.

Start doing some form of cardiovascular training.

You just need to start and then you will be progressing as you develop your athletic ability. Only do what you can to begin with. So you can start by doing:

  • Walks
  • Running
  • Skipping
  • Playing an outdoor sport
  • Cycling

Aim to do at least 30 minutes worth of physical activity per day.

You want to do this at ideally 90% of your maximum heart rate to get the best results.

As your body becomes stronger, you will increase the amount of time that you can maintain the activity for.

You should start to notice changes in your facial features as you progress with your training.
