I decided to purchase the Core4 ab training system to help with my core development so I can have more power, strength, and stability. One of the other benefits that I’m hoping to get from this program is that I will also reduce the risk of any back pain related to having weak abdominals.
The program was released with an introductory price of $84 instead of the $97 that it will retail at.
It’s a 90 day program that bolts-onto the current program that you are doing. This is interesting. I have started it and I was in the middle of the Beaxst program.
What do I think of the program so far?
So far, I think the program is really good. It is a more strategic approach to working out the abs. But what I like about it the most is the concentration on activating abdominal muscle groups.
What makes it different from the 6-pack shuffle?
The 6-pack shuffle has alot of different workouts that are great. I’ve been doing them on level 4 for about 4 months and I’ve noticed significant improvements in my abdominal strength and workout.
However.
What I have noticed in the first week of the Core4 workouts is how the exercises activate the muscle groups. There are certain stablising and activation techniques that allow for better quality reps.
Even though it is only the first week, I’ve noticed that I’ve been able to control my abdominals alot more and I can see them better simply through the mind-muscle connection and activation.
Should you buy the Core4 workout?
From what I’ve experienced so far, yes. I actually think it would be better to do this for your abs before moving onto the 6-pack shuffle since there’s a difference between calculated reps and keeping the muscle under tension.
If you are currently doing the program, it would be great if you can share your thoughts in the comments below.
