I personally think that the strawberry flavor is good on its own when consumed with a milk product. It is drinkable with water, but it isn’t as enjoyable. And I do feel like it has its limitations when mixing or blending it with other ingredients when having it as a smoothie.

Optimum Nutrition protein powders mix well with water.
This is something that is really handy, especially when I want to get a protein boost, but I don’t want to consume many calories. Additionally, it is easy to have on the go if you only need to get access to water to mix the protein powder compared to drinking it with milk.
You can literally store the protein powder in a bottle and simply add water when needed. Simply rinse out the bottle when you are finished.
They store well.
I can either store the protein powder in bulk in a container. I will then store it in a cupboard or on a shelf that is close to my workstation in the office. I can easily reach for it and mix it with water when I need a protein boost in my day.
Optimum Nutrition does have a wide range of other flavors. However, I personally think that these flavors are ideal for people that are on the go and that need something that can be done quickly, whilst giving them a good taste option.
